Safety concern:
These items contain small, strong magnets that may present a serious hazard if they become loose and are swallowed. If more than one magnet is ingested, they can attract to each other inside the body or to other metallic objects, which may result in severe internal damage. Possible consequences include intestinal obstruction, tissue perforation, infection, blood poisoning, and in rare but critical situations, life-threatening complications.

Recommended action:
Anyone who has purchased or currently owns the affected blocks should discontinue use immediately and ensure the product is kept out of reach of children. To arrange a return and receive compensation, customers should contact support for further instructions. A prepaid return label will be provided, and once the product is returned, a full refund will be issued. In addition, a supplementary amount of 14.99 will be included along with a free shipping coupon.

Additional details:
Approximately 4,200 units are included in this recall. The affected items are wooden blocks embedded with magnets and sold in sets of four. Each piece measures around 5 centimeters in width and 1.5 centimeters in thickness. The sets feature a combination of blue, tan, and green colors, with illustrated designs on one side and text on the other. Packaging consists of a white and red cardboard box with identifying codes printed on the back beneath the barcode.

Reported issues:
There has been one known instance of a magnet becoming detached from a block. No injuries have been reported at this time.
